Shipping Policy

Active Autowerke Shipping Policy

Active Autowerke only ships to the billing address of the Card Holder's Credit Card. Additional information in our Terms & Conditions.

Return Policy

Active Autowerke Return Policy

Refund or Credit

If a part needs to be returned for a refund or credit, it must be in a new like and saleable condition. All products returned must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way. All returned items must be received by Active Autowerke no later than 30 days from the date of the original invoice. No return will be accepted without a RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) on the outside of the return package. This number can be attained by contacting an Active Autowerke Sales Representative. Return items will be inspected before a refund or credit is issued.

Active Autowerke cannot accept returns on special order items, electrical and/or fuel injected items. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Procedure for Defective Product Return

To make a claim under this warranty, you must:

A. Be sure the part is defective.

Make every attempt to determine that the problem is attributed to the Active Autowerke product. Take all steps to ensure that the problem is not caused by installation error, misapplication, modification, abuse or accident. An inspection fee will be charged for all products sent to Active Autowerke for inspection and found to be in proper working order or malfunctioning due to cause other than manufacturing defect.

B. Obtain a RGA #

If the problem cannot be identified, obtain a RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) from Active Autowerke. Retain the RGA# for reference.

C. Ship the Product Back

Clearly, mark the RGA# on the outside of the package and the mailing label and send the prepaid product freight and/or postage to:

PACKAGES WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REFUSED
Active Autowerke is not responsible for products returned without a clearly marked RGA# and return address.

Include a copy of your original invoice showing:

- A detailed description of the problem
- A list of ALL modifications to the vehicle
- Product part number
- Date of purchase
- The purchase price
- Your name and address
- Daytime phone number
