The testing in our graph above is raw data from our dyno that was logging intake temperatures on a bone stock car versus the same car minutes later with our intercooler installed. The temperature gain on the stock car is 55 degrees versus only 22 degrees with our intercooler installed! Notice that at higher RPM the oem intercooler lacks the capability to keep the charge cool as the temperature ramps up exponentially with RPM. So even with a starting IAT higher than that of the stock car, our intercooler managed to keep temperatures cooler and more consistent all the way to redline.
