1. Pricing
Prices shown on the Active Autowerke website are in displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change, revisions and alterations without prior notice. All pricing posted are not final and does not include freight charges. All purchases made from within the state of Florida are subject to state sales tax.
2. Payment
Accepted forms of payment include: money orders, electronic bank transfers, Western Union Money Transfers and most major credit cards, including, but not limited to, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

NOTE: For large purchases that do not reflect your normal spending pattern, it is advisable to notify your card issuer. For security purposes, many card issuers will not authorize these purchases without advanced notification.

International Orders
A bank issued electronic wire transfer is required before international orders are shipped. For bank details regarding ABA #’s, call 1-800-830-3596, M-F 8:00-6:00 EST.
3. Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Active Autowerke’s uses Fedex as its primary shipping handler. Specifications can be made for either Standard Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day or Next day. Services through UPS are also available.
Orders weighing over 150 lbs. must be shipped via a commercial trucking/transport carrier as a result of weight restrictions enforced by standard shipping handlers. All customers will be notified of freight charges before actual shipment of their order. All orders shipped are fully insured, and require a handwritten signature at time of delivery.
To ensure accuracy and authenticity on credit card orders, Active Autowerke will only ship orders to the billing address linked to the method of payment.
If you absolutely must ship to a different address, you can call your credit card company and register an alternate address. The number should appear on the back of your credit card.
Damaged Packaging
Extreme care goes into the handling and packaging of each Active Autowerke product. All packages are shipped with the appropriate amount of insurance. If package appears damaged on arrival, state the damaged condition and have the driver acknowledge the damage condition as well. In the case that products appear damaged after opening, contact the carrier immediately. Save all packaging for the claim inspection.

4. Warranty Policy
Active Autowerke warranties their products against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Warranty applies to original purchaser and is not transferable.
Exceptions to the warranty include, but are not limited to wear and tear items such as brake rotors, brake pads, flywheels and clutches and “garage sale” items (whose deposits and sale are FINAL)
Warranty will become void if:
• the product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained
• repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized Active Autowerke repair and/or maintenance facility
• repairs are required because of normal wear and tear
• alterations have been attempted or made to the product
• the product is classified as a consumable
• the product has been involved an accident.
This warranty is limited to repairs and/or replacement of the product or part found to be defective without charge. Active Autowerke reserves the right to refund the complete purchase price for the defective item and will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from the defect. International customers (non USA or Canada) will be responsible for all shipping costs for warranty claims for defective items only. Fitment claims will not be honored except through our European distributor for EU/UK claims only so please ensure you purchase the correct part for your vehicle.
If a part or a component from an Active Autowerke product, system or kit is found to be defective, this warranty shall apply only to the defective part or component and shall not require Active Autowerke to repair, replace or refund the complete Active Autowerke product, system or kit.
Active Autowerke cannot accept freight costs of any returned merchandise to Active Autowerke for inspection and/or returns. A 20% handling charge for all returns may be applied.
Under the stipulations of this warranty, Active Autowerke will in no way be liable for exceeding the original purchase price of the defective product. This warranty does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation of the product. No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranty and/or liability (other than that which has been expressed herein) in connection with the sale of any Active Autowerke product.
Active Autowerke disclaims any and all liability for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Under no circumstances shall Active Autowerke be liable for any incidental, indirect, specific or consequential damages arising from purchaser's use of the product.
4a. CAT no-CEL Warranty Policy
Active Autowerke no-CEL warranty applies to CEL codes caused by catalytic converter deficiencies - other CEL error codes are not covered by this warranty. The no-CEL warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase and applies to original purchaser only (not transferable). The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs of the defective unit to Active Autowerke. Active Autowerke will repair or replace the defective unit with a fully functioning one and return to the purchaser. No other costs are covered by this warranty. The no-CEL warranty will not apply if the vehicle is found to have excessive exhaust burble (greater than stock) as that physically destroys the catalytic converter.
5. Return Policy
At Active Autowerke, we want to make every interaction with us as effortless as possible, and that goes for our return policy as well. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Deposits on Supercharger Kits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All products must be in a new and saleable condition.
- Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the original invoice.
- NO RETURNS on any software, electrical, or fuel injected items.
- NO RETURNS on special order parts.
- NO RETURNS on SIMON tools.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All products MUST have the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) clearly labeled on the outside of the return package. *The RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) can only be obtained by speaking with a Sales Representative at Active Autowerke during normal business hours.*
Procedure for Defective Product Return
To make a claim under this warranty, you must:
A. Be sure the part is defective.
Make every attempt to determine that the problem is attributed to the Active Autowerke product. Take all steps to ensure that the problem is not caused by installation error, misapplication, modification, abuse or accident. An inspection fee will be charged for all products sent to Active Autowerke for inspection and found to be in proper working order or malfunctioning due to cause other than manufacturing defect.
B. Obtaining an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
If the problem cannot be identified, obtain a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Active Autowerke. Retain the RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for reference.
C. Ship the Product Back
Clearly, mark the RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the outside of the package and the mailing label and send the prepaid product freight and/or postage to:

Active Autowerke is not responsible for products returned without a clearly marked RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address.
Include a copy of your original invoice showing:
- A detailed description of the problem
- A list of ALL modifications to the vehicle
- Product part number
- Date of purchase
- The purchase price
- Your name and address
- Daytime phone number
6. Errors
Active Autowerke provides this website as a representation of its products and services. Active Autowerke does not claim responsibility and waives all liability arising from any typographical errors, errors in pricing, or misprints.
